IO-Link

Balluff IO-Link can easily integrate with existing networks. The IO-Link master, or expansion module, creates a seamless, highly transparent bridge to a bus (Profibus, Profinet, CC-Link, EtherNet/IP, etc.) network, making retrofitting or expansion simple. Sensor hubs expand the I/O capability of the master module using standard cordsets, which dramatically reduce the amount of network cabling and node configuration. IO-Link sensors connect directly to the master module with a standard cordset and provide continuous feedback without the price tag of a standard network-ready device.
